what wire to tap into for inline pump?

I need to splice into the signal wire for the stock pump,so I can run my external pump. Anyone know which wire it is? 95GT

inertia sw to fp- br/pk (brown/pink)?

I believe he's speaking of the plastic connectors that wrap around the wire, piercing the insulation in order to get current - as opposed to a proper cut/strip/solder/heatshrink.

no that is the correct way.

i would also use a relay and run a proper new power feed directly from the battery post or the starter solonoid on the fender. give it a fuse as close to the power source as possible and have a breaker close to the fuel pump.

solder everything, no crimp connectors, heat shrink

already done.i just wanted to see if it was the same wire or not as my old fox.
