What's this noise?

I hear it under 2 conditions: leaving from a stop and sometimes pulling into my driveway (tight left turn). It's a groan from the rear somewhere, or more like a groan/creak. I only hear it at very low speeds (like just getting underway, usually if I bog the motor a little coming off the clutch I can hear it). It sounds like something is vibrating/rubbing, to the best of my knowledge this didn't happen until after I had my exhaust put in. So it's definitely a possibility my exhaust is hitting the underside somewhere... but I can't place this one for the life of me and I hope like hell it isn't the rear end (which makes no noise otherwise).

Any ideas what would make the noise?

Could just be the exhaust creaking, since it was just put on.

I'm seriously hoping that's all it is... exhaust fit can be tweaked fairly easily... and it would sure as hell beat the noise being the rear itself.
