What's with my exhaust?

I was looking under my car when I noticed my exhaust looks like its been hacked up and rewelded a thousand times. So I was wondering what you guys think has been done under there. It has a small H pipe, whether stock or not I don't know and also has dynomax mufflers. Are there suppose to be more cats? It's hard for me to tell what has been done to it since I've never looked at a stock exhaust. Car is 1997 Mustang GT

Looks like the exhaust has 2 cats, 1 on each side, on the entire system that I can see..I wasn't sure how many they had stock.

whoever was the original owner, cut out four of the six cats, and welded piping in. It a cheep way of making a performace h pipe.

That's what I thought..its welded 50 times down the mid pipe

hack and slashed pipes. ive seen worse. alot worse. put in a new set and your car will love you :thumb:
