1968 Shelby GT 500 vert is my personal favorite but a 69 Mach in green is a close second: There's something about a Mach's stance that says: "I dare you."

01 green bullit with a 03/04 cobra motor/trans. Or a 94/95 gt with a 351/408 transplant. I'm working on one....

No photo's anything close to what I want to build - but I'm the oddball that wants a 72-73 fastback Mach 1 - but w/ a twist.
I want it sitting on the ground. Gloss black. Flat black decals. big black rims. clean as can be. with a full on custom black leather interior.
It'll happen one day - annnnnd I think I might just know a place to get all that custom interior work done :)

I forgot where I read about it but I think the story of that project was a guy wrecked his gt500 and took out everything from the Shelby and put everything into the fox. I think he even had to use custom floor pans

As for a fox? It'd be one of three:

1st - Mike Raburns - Owner of StangNet- BUILT TO CRUISE - He let me take this thing on a solo cruise last summer, and it was epic. (also for sale, 35K)
link to the build here: http://www.stangnet.com/2010/02/27/stangnet-built-to-cruise-project/

2) Marc Christ, editor of MM&FF - HYPER SILVER - this car was at SEMA and is seriously just impressive from front to back:
here is a link to the video of it (and some nice ladies) at SEMA 2013 http://youtu.be/PvCUK_VvfYk

3) And last but not least - SIN IS BUILT - owned by Tom Clark

really?

I can tell you, of all the Mustangs I have driven, New Edge cars are near the top of my list. Great driving car. Saleen just makes it a little better :)

No joke always been the dream. NE black s281 SC with heat extractor, brake and chrome wheel option. Wife gave me the go ahead 6 years ago and I found one in Cali. Then I got a call "I'm pregnant."
