Where do you get the stuff to make straight pipes.

muffler shop
its just a matching exhaust pipe that you either weld or clamp in place of the muffler. most muffler shops or places that would bend custom exhaust would have that piping. Realistically, you could probably use any kind of piping that will weld to the existing piping. I've even seen people use rigid (heavy-wall) conduit, but I woulnt suggest that as it is very heavy and expensive.
