Yeah I’ve done that to no avail. Also joined a lot of Japanese parts sites and yahoo auction japan can’t seem to find them. There is one guy selling a pair but super sketchy and tells me to make an offer and won’t reply... very odd. Thanks for the help I’ll try to contact him

I know people who have been searching for months if not years for a set. I'm also searching to add to my current collection of hard to find parts.

Obviously don’t send any money to anyone that isn’t protected. Too many stories of people being scammed lately.

Good point. When I started my search again I had someone trying to sell me a set to find out with a little searching they were using pictures from another sale to sell a set. Scammers are out there in high numbers.

This happened to me in another form somebody tried taking pictures from offer up a set from 3 years ago and tried passing them off as his own asking for PayPal friends and family if you’re going to use PayPal, it’s good and services only no exceptions.

I will keep you in mind on tail lights. I have a couple sets of verticals coming and 7-8 sets of horizontals on the way along with mirrors. I need to go through them all when they make it back. I didn't plan on selling but might be willing to let a set go.

I actually just bought a brand new pair of the horizontal exports for $300. I just need a set of the folding mirrors now. I found a couple people that have more parts if you need them LMK.

What else do you have in this collection of unobtanium?

I collect 94-98(99 S351) Saleen/Roush parts. You name it, I most likely have it. I have stacks of new Magnesium wheels and reconditioned, a set of Speedline Alloy new in box then a bunch of other reconditioned sets. I have the Saleen intakes and even the Roush Intake (2 of them) with hoods. I collect a lot of rare and hard to find parts. I have 2 Cobra R (95) Intakes as well.

The Export stuff just never peaked my interest to collect, but when I had a customer who wanted a set for a build, I just decided to buy a bunch of sets.

I also build custom harnesses for cars. I just finished up a couple sets of Coyote Harnesses for the 94-95. This allows for the use of the Control Pack but use 100% of the remaining harnesses. Meaning you don't need to use their harnesses. My harness plug into the harness for the dash/fans/ccrm/fuse box. Gives you a factory look and feel and all factory gauges work.

Just set an eBay search for “mustang export taillights.” Set it up to notify you immediately. A set will typically pop up once a month, but no telling if it’s the style you need. Buy It Nows tend to range $300-500, and sell within a day or two. If a Make An Offer is offered, you may lose out waiting on a response.

I’ve had this watch for many years but never buy because it’s more than I think they are worth. Mine are fine, no one outside the community would even know they were export, or even different, and there are simply more people outside the US that need them than me, which is why I remain a watcher to this very day.

A very good friend of mine has one of the rarest intakes I’ve seen. It’s an original, new in box, never installed roush intake. What makes it so unique is it’s for a 351w instead of the 302. It’s quite the impressive looking piece of hardware. He paid crazy money for it but it’s definitely got the cool rarity factor.

I have heard of that unicorn but have not seen it. What I understand it is the same intake they made for the 5.0L (I have 2 of them with hoods) but had the wider lower for the 5.8L.

That would be correct.

Yup, weird freaking design but it did work. Worked really good with forced induction as well. Was just freaking expensive.

Ooh we won’t discuss how much he paid. Lol

There is literally only a few of these in existence.
