Combo that has proven the most gains: Holley Systemax II, AFR 165's, Ed Curtis Custom Cam

However...the TFS Top End Kit is a VERY good setup for the price.

I would get the TFS kit over the Holley Kit.

The FTI (Ed Curtis) setup is nice and powerful, just cost is a little more than the TFS kit. Then again the FTI kit is comming with a custom cam for that setup vs an off the shelf cam from TFS.

All depends on cost. Do you have rockers etc already and need JUST the Heads/Camshaft/Intake Manifold?

Well then it falls down to cost.

I am not a big fan on Twisted Wedge heads, they do make power but I prefer AFR over TFS. The Trick Flow kit IS hard to beat for the money. It comes with everything needed. Rockers, pushrods, timing chain, gaskets etc.

Well, I like the first combo I told you about.

Flowtech Induction which is Ed Curtis' company. He does a Edelbrock Performer RPM or Holley Systemax II, AFR 165, Custom Cam combo that most usually net anywhere from 300-315ish RWHP.

If you do a search on Corral.net you'll see all the people that have gone through him.

$300.00

He designs them and the actual shaft itself is cut by Comp Cams for him.

Greetings, One combo I had was TFS Twisted Wedges and Street Heat intake, stock cam 1.7 rockers full length headers and an AOD. It made 267 RWHP. Just for reference.

299RWHp, 344 Tq, with a 73mm C&L maf, 75mm throttle body and 30# injectors, MSD ignition thru my 5 spd, and stock gears on 18" wheels. Im running stock bottom end, but I put the Total Seal gapless piston rings in and opened up the bearing clearances, installed a main stud girdle and put in new Crane Cams heavy duty roller lifters. it also has the 88 Gt bottom end, not the 94, and its zero decked as well. I also had a pretty serious clutch and an aluminum flywheel.

This is with the Street heat top end kit from Trick Flow.

HP/$, the blower is the better buy. You're going to be hard pressed to make 300whp on a stock shortblock 302 and still retain a nice driving car. Not impossible, but not free either.
