steel plates If you want to have teeth after you drive he car you can just run a stock replacement from ford. Thats what I did 2 years ago and they are still soft and no tears.

i used the polys from energy suspension, have had them for about 2 years now, and their flawless. have taken plenty of launches

Recommend poly's as well. My friend has em, and once they broken in they can take any kind of beating.
