I thought about some white wheels.. but I barely keep the poor car clean enough with the silver wheels. It's hard to keep clean driving it 150-200 miles a week minimum.

This is true. A member here has white saleens, and if I remember correctly they get dirty super fast.

It'll have 17's for a while yet. 18" tires are too expensive for a broke college kid haha.

No problem! The easiest way to measure it is take a ruler and measure from your sidewall to the fender. My tires aren't perfectly even with the fenders, but I like it that way. If you want them perfectly even, you might want to try 1.5" spacers.
