white smoke out of tail pipe

yeah white not blue or black, i think it might be because of the cold whether

My car has been doing this alot lately. when i start the car i also get water out my tail pipes.

What could this Be? I am not loosing coolant.

I have narrowed it down to being Condensation from the exhaust getting hot and cold attracting moisture. The reason its worrying me is because in Cali there is only cold for like 2 months out of the years so i barley ever see this.
