Ah, yes. My buddies monster. That cab was from a 1955 Chevrolet 5700 [first series] and everything else was hand made.

I have a plan in place to rebuild the stock 5r110w. This calls for using better than OEM parts and finishing it with a aftermarket torque convertor designed for the Cummins power band. My timeline to pull the cab hasn’t been determined but should be within the next 6-8 weeks.
Beyond that? I’ll be sourcing the appropriate bell housing adaptor, engine mounts and accessory drive brackets as the logical next move. The notion is to take the necessary steps to get the 5.9 in place then replace the cab. New cab mounts will also be installed.
