Who makes these?

Anyone know who makes these? I need bushings but don't know what ones to get, I ordered a set from summit assuming I had stock control arms... I don't. They have no markings on them. Any ideas?

The only upper control arm that I can find that looks bulky like yours and in red is Hotchkis

Seems like it's it. That or an ebay special cuase Steeda, upr, MM, GMS, bbk, bms, ect looking nothing like that upper you have.

I just need bushing for it and knowing who makes them will make that a lot easier, I might just measure the OD and ID of one of the old bushings that isn't torn up and order them straight from energy suspension.

That was the first thing that popped into my head but looking at a pic of the lca the sway bar mount has a rake to it. The ones posted and Hotchkis don't.

I have had a set that looks just like those and they came from Profession Products. My guess is there's a manufacturer in Taiwan or India set up to make them for everybody. They either paint or trade mark them and shoot them over.

BTW, check the welds on whatever you get. I read an article not long ago about some overseas manufacturer using Bondo-like body filler to hid bad welds...get this now...on K-Members!!! Those products were sold here before someone discovered it.

You might make use of the LCA's but for the street I would not use those UCA's

I know, those are gonna be damn harsh. But then again, he removed them from his car so they were already on there. If anything. they'll be a smoother ride with the new bushs

I'm looking for the stiffest setup I can get, It is a track car, and is in no way street legal haha

In that case, I'd go with different LCAs. MM makes a great piece with solid bushings on both ends.
poly isn't too great for a track car.

It will be perfect for my application (road course not drag) If I put solid bushings in it, I run the risk of damaging my rear end

A big X2 on this! In my 1992 I've had Factory Five LCA/UCA for years. Last year my car started wandering all over the track. It scared the hooty-hoo out of me. Found that the urethane bushings were mush and swapped them for the aluminum bushings.

Talk about a difference you could feel immediately. The first time I launched on the hose, they bit so hard it snapped the input shaft on the Tremec 3550! You can see the carnage and the repair on my little website.

The red car was hitting 1.58 -1.59 short times but with the aluminum bushings, and after the transmission repair, the times dropped to 1.54 - 1.55 consistently.

Those hard bushings make any control arm work better, in my opinion.

I'd be more worried about the rear end wandering around on urethane than tracking straight and true on aluminum.
