Why dont they?

Why dont they offer a shaker hood scoop for us 5.0 guys I mean it started out on our pushrods and now they make kits for mod motors but why dont they make a kit for the 5.0 guys. Anyone know why?

because are cars were only in production with this engine for 2 years. To much money for so little outcome.

I have seen guys mod the 4.6L kit to a fit a 5.0L, like this guy

There is one kit, I found a link to it yesterday... but it's pricey.

I asked Classic Design Concepts that question as soon as I bought my car. I really cannot remember for sure their answer, but something like this! Something about the air intake does not line up right to have the shaker. I looked back @ an old e-mail I sent. It was that it did not line up. I gave up on this idea when I asked SRD the price!

To run a shaker on an SN95 5.0 car you'd essentially have to make a big ass U turn to line the piping up. The only thing you could do is make it for appearances sake.

I looked into getting it. Until I saw this price, that is!! Unless it comes with a Mustang under it, that's a little high.
