why?? how in the world did this happen?

my friend has a really steep driveway, so i ripped the ebrake rather hard, and *snap*..

now my ebrake rod is all loose and it doesnt engage.

can anyone tell me how much it is for an ebrake cable? are they easy to install?

Depends on if it's the actual cable or just the one on the handle.

It's probably just the short cable that goes through the floor. Mine broke a couple years ago.
they just wear out over time and use.
