why is my engine making so much noise?

I can hear the engine making more noise the the exhaust from the back. Its at idle that i can hear alot of noise, Sounds like pulleys or something. is that what it would be? Its a constant ticking noise. I dont hear it while driving

is there oil in it? ha ha... Tickin is any of the above or a bent valve or push rod... My bet is its an exhaust leak...

I'm with these guys. Exhaust leak. But do you have stock or aftermarket headers?

ticks are everhwere in these cars dude.. mine has a valve tick at startup, clutch rattle in the cold, exhaust tick under higher rpms...

it sounds like its coming from underneath so maybe it is an exhaust leak? It has stock headers. My 88GT was quiet as hell so i know something isnt right lol.
