Hey guys, I've recently made several upgrades to my 94 5.0 5spd mustang. I did all of the mods at the same time...Here they are: BBK Equal length headers, Magnaflow X-Pipe with cats, Magnaflow catback, 1.7 roller rockers, BBK aluminum underdrive pullies, polished typhoon intake, FRPP polished 65 mm throttle body, BBK cold air intake, accel coil and wires and a few dress ups... Anyway, when I had my mods done, my mechanic told me that the computers in the 94-95 mustangs were quite restrictive and would try to correct the settings back to stock. I found this to be very true. The first 2-3 times I drove the car after the mods I noticed major power gains but now I don't notice it so much. Should I be chiping the computer to get these gains back? If so, who makes a good chip for this and will it be worth the cost? I also looked into a eec-IV programmer at Andersonfordmotorsport.com but it is close to $1000.00 which I could not justify if a chip will do the same. Give me some opinions, thanks guys
