do any of you guys run a windage tray with your stock motor and factory oil pan? I've got the motor out of the car and was thinking about putting one in. Does any co. out there make a tray that works with factory stuff without any heavy clearancing?!

Waste of money dude.

If you lose the block its gonna get chewed up. If you lose a rod, its gonna get chewed up.
All its gonna do is take a pile of mess and keep it in one pile of sh1t.

well.... i was hoping it would keep the oil in the oil pan and not splashing onto the crank at higher rpms... if/when the block goes... it all goes... so that's really not an issue to me.

Ford must have thought it was worth something as my daughters '00 Taurus (3.0L DOHC) has a windage tray. It's attached at the main bearing caps. Never expected to see one there!

Question.... Is the '94 - '95 Cobra oil pan the same as the GT's? The modular Cobras have baffling/special oil pick-up tube to keep oil around the oil pick-up. You might want to look and see for your application.
