I was hoping the electrical geniuses would have an idea on a good way to get a power wire from my underhood to the trunk. Small ~#14 wire.

I kinda wanted to keep from going under the car, but that interior doesn't look very fun to trying to run wires under and around all that.

You are kidding right? You can easily run anything up to 0 ga in a mustang without even trying and hide it fine. I had 8 ga in my car and switched it to 4 ga in like an hour total.

All the interior plastics pop right off and you will find you have a ton of room to play with.

as he said its easy. Poke a hole in the large rubber grommet on the drivers side firewall that all the wires go though, just use a screw driver. Now you can either take a coat hanger as a fish-tape to pull it through or you could just tape the wier to the screwdriver and poke it back through an then get a light an dit will be easy to see under the dash.

After that with a small wire it will not be hard just to go along the drivers side trim and tuck it under the trim with out even needing to pull it out really. Just fallow it all the way back...

My 4ga was really easy from Battery to trunk going down the drivers side. Not looking forward to running the 0 though.

Well, needless to say I took one look at all the panels and having no idea at this point where to start yanking them off, I said F' this, and ran it under and up through a factory hole. Took 10 min. tops.
