Smell the radiator cap, if it smells like exhaust, it's likely a HG. I've never seen crud like that. Someone for sure pored some majic 'fix it' crap in there.

Don't red and green coolant coagulate when mixed? Maybe that's the crud.

Here is what I'm thinking, the ONLY mod on the car is an Upgraded Radiator. I'm wondering if the car had an over heating problem so someone swapped out the radiator then found out it was losing coolant and put some "fix all" in the cooling system to cover up a blown head gasket or busted intake gasket.

I mean at full throttle it seems fine but at idle there is really a miss of some kind.

Would a Compression test tell me if it is a HG?

Does the car smoke at all? If so what color? If it doesn't smoke then you don't have a HG problem. I would flush your cooling system, clean your thermostat, and fill it up with clean coolant. Drive it, see what happens and if it progresses then go from there.

Flush the colling system w/ radiator flush. It's $3 for a bottle at autozone. The vacc leak is what's causing your idle/stalling problems. Pull a vac line off somewhere and put a gauge on it to see what is pulling. Go thru and make sure all your vac hoses are not cracked, and you don't have something obvious that disconnected. Start w/ the easy things. If your HG was blown I'm sure you would have known it. I'd be willing to bet it's your intake gasket if it's not anything else obvious. You can get a gasket kit for $30 and do it w/ basic hand tools and a fuel line disconnect.
