Probably not, the mounting brackets look a bit different

the brackets in the bumper are different all you would be able to use is the wiring

But if I get HIDs will I still need that wiring harness?

you will need the wire harness. but you can find the whole kit on ebay. or some where else. the mounting brackets are way way different.
