I had ordered new O2 sensors for the Lincoln online and this is what I got. The sensor came with no caps and anti-seize all over the inside of the bags. I was concerned that the anti-seize could of seeped into the sensor and screwed it up somehow. Am I being retarded or should I send them back and order them from the dealership? They are Motorcraft sensors so I'm just guessing I'll get the same results regardless.

Figures... I knew the anti-seize would be there but usually they have a plastic cap on them to keep everything contained and safe from damage. Guess Ford doesn't care that much lol.

It's weird that there weren't no caps on them but I'm not too sure I'd worry about it....hard to say.....depends on how far you are from the parts store

You can soak them in gas and let them air dry if you want to make sure there isn't any anti seize on them.
