im looking to buy a short catted h pipe for cheap. i know not too many people want a short catted h pipe but i live in a state where i need emmissions...

i dont even know if they make catted short h pipes for a 94. i might have to get the offroad short hpipe and a catted short x pipe for when i need emmissions. anyone have any idea?
