I just got done swapping in a Fluidyne 3 core radiator, last year i swapped on a Murray (autozone) water neck with an autozone 180 thermostat, used RTV on both sides of their paper gasket and it held up great until today (about 4 days after installing radiator) my question is with the new radiator does the autozone crap just not hold up anymore? or did I install the waterneck wrong last year. I'm looking at the FRPP water neck from American Muscle and also a new thermostat just curious what everyone's thoughts were. Granted I did not notice that much difference in temps from the Fluidyne over stock, idle around 210-220 cruising 200F and 180F with the a/c fan going.
