01 cobra into GT swap

I have a guy telling me to swap a 01 cobra motor and trans into a 96-98 gt you need to change the brake booster to a "hydra boost?" setup? What is he talking about? why would you need to change the brake booster? I know you'll need the engine harness, ecu, throttle cable, and im sure some other stuff, but do you need to change the brake booster?

Correct me if im wrong but a hydra booster is used to free up space so it all fits correct? :dontknow:

maybe if you put the motor on a stand and then lower the car onto the motor
