you sure thats a 9" wide wheel? i thought you'd need 10 or 10.5 for that?

dont go over 275...265 is what manufacturers recommend. if you put a 315 it will bulge more than a 400 pound lady in Jessica Alba's jeans and wont help you out in traction because the tread patch will be similar to a 275.

thats what i had thought.

i want 295 or 315, but no one makes a 10" or 10.5" replica y2k cobra r :lame:

DFG,

Please don't put Jessica Alba and 400lb women in the same sentence. You just ruined two good months of "Happy Time". Now I'll have to think about my wife.

nitto 315 will work on a 9" rim

the 18" y2k cobra r's are 9.5 and a 295-305 would be fine on that. It kinda matters what brand of tire you want to run as most manufacturers sizes vary quite a bit ie nitto 315 is way smaller then bfg 315

275 is the perfect size for a 9 inch rim. That what ford uses stock on 9 inch wheels
