Yeah I read about it. Talked to the guy. He said he just did the valve lash adjustment. In phoenix not too long ago. So yeah again, tomorrow Ill go see it.

Well I drove the car. It needed some small things but it ran good. Im thinkin about offering him 1200 cause of some of the parts that need replacing. But other than that Motor and Tranny ran smooth.... For 1200 bucks I cannot complain...

I hate when people take reasonable offers all offensive. Unless someone (seller) clearly states that it is _____ price no matter what.

Oh well. best thing to do on something like that is let him think about it. If nobody wants the car, then 1200 bucks will sound good to him in about 4 days.

Yeah. When we talked about it he was saying that he has had 20 people call about the car... blah blah blah. But then he said I was the only person to actually show up. I was like.... so whats the problem? Anyway, we talked about it and I said ill pay 1300 but thats it. He took it. So I guess Im getting a SHO tomorrow...

Yeah. There's some work I need to do to it. But the body is straight, no dents, thing sounds cool too. Its silver with the stock rims etc. Ill get pics when I can. Ill probably clean her up first tho....

Yup. Auto with the 3.2L. I like it. Less crap I have to worry about.

I had one a few years ago. A 1st gen 3.0 5 speed with sunroof if I remember correctly. I put in like new leather in it, did all the basics like valve lash, crank sensor, tune-up, shift cable to shift rod conversion, and sold it to the blue genie character on that vegas based tv car selling show via ebay for $1600+. He flew here and drove it back. Not as quick as my gt but nice and love that yamaha sound.
