Yes its been done Venom351r is proof of it , he owns a supper nice one. Im in about mid way on one mysealf , my motor is in the shop now , im useing a aje k member to help fitment under the hood and help offset the 100+ lbs the 351 has over the 302. I will give more detail in to stuff as it comes along. Are you looking at this project as pretty much a track car or do u plan to keep it streetable , also what tranny do you have or plan to run?

this car is going to be my daily driver and a track killer at the same time. so i can take my kids to school in 10 seconds or less =] and i want to do a 6 speed with 4:10 gears but every one iss telling me that 4:10 is a bad idea. im starting to lean toward 3:73 but will they work good on a 6 speed

410s work well with an auto or an allout track car with a stick , defently wouldnt do it with a street car. Had them in my 87 with a 5spd for 2 weeks and hated it just my .02. Heres a good link about the swap btw

Will atleast give you some kind of an ideal of what your biteng off. Its not the hardest thing in the world , but don't think its going to be a weekend project

Unsure how? , if your looking for a good steetable gear that will provide some seat of the paints enjoyment 373s are an excellent choice. Its A verry common upgrade with a manual tranny , probly the most used aftermarket gear for a manual mustang really

believe it or not for now im running stock springs, gonna drop it soon on some sportlines. the spider setup is nice i really like it saves weight and less clutter under the hood. no real issues to look out for pretty much simple swap as long as u have the swap parts. i prefer u use a roller block if u can from a 94- 97 f4te number

The motor I'm useing is a 393 stroker , and it is a roller.
I also have a 93 lightning complete motor I was going to use but i was selling a fox I had to bank roll this project and the guy only wanted the body so I got my stroker back. Works out good , just have to get a diff intake now and wait to get my motor back- wanted to get it checked and repainted b4 I droup it In.
Don't tink a yellow motor would look to hot in a rio red stang....

4.10's are awesome, Ive had them in mine since last spring. They seem to work in harmony with my HP/TQ power band. People that tell you not to do 4.10s are just scared. But seeing that you want to go turbo stick with 3.55's
