1998 Mustang Gt Cold start noise

My 1998 mustang gt has been making this metallic noise on cold start exactly the same as in the video linked, any ideas what it could be? Sometimes the noise is slow and sometimes it is fast.

Starter bendex or a throw out bearing
It's one of them

Might also be anything on the front of the timing cover (pulley bearings, A/C clutch, etc.).
