ok so i have a problem with my brakes. basically. the caliper is allowing itself to somehow move itself from the back of the wheel to the front of the wheel like rattling around. basically its going fowards and backwards.

and when i hit bumps or tap the brakes i hear it rattling and like a louder metal on metal sound.

is there supposed to be anti rattle clips.

and its got the dual piston brakes and its the "floating" caliper design.

and ive seen on 03 cobras (more commonly seen) that they have like it looks like a built on rattle spring. its basically the same brake caliper/set up.

FORD and BENNET say there is NO such anti rattle clips or such.

I BASICALLY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS THE THREAD BELOW.

so like the caliper is actually up by the front of the wheel and it will move around the rotor to the back of the wheel and stuff?

what did you do to your car lately? change calipers/pads? change tires? go 4 wheeling and run over some massive rocks?
