that tire size seems a little short. 275/40/17 is a very common size for those.
here is my rear view of my old wheel/tire combo. 17X9 with 275/40

I had 275x40x17s all the way around and they didn't rub anywhere. only if you turn the wheel ALL the way then it rubs a little but otherwise, it doesn't

X2. that used to be my old setup.. and as far as the rear, no rubbing issues what-so-ever. you only gotta worry
about that when you step up to 315s:

I have 275/40-17's on mine! I had no idea they even might rub! I'm glad they didn't, I guess.
