2v to 4v swap questions

What do i need to put a 97 cobra engine into a 2000 body besides the engine and the harness and the ecu.

You don't need the ECU or wiring harness. You'll need 4v COP boost, lengthen a few parts of the harness and if it doesn't come with it, the alternator and coolant cross over.

whats the difference in fuel systems between the 2?

Besides being controlled differently between models, it's best to connect the 4v fuel rails to the GT lines and then possibly upgrade the pump and injectors.

I know gts swapped return/returnless but being 4v I never knew.
