300 shot..what would it take

ne suggestions on a nitrous build?
im set on a blown stroker build, but way to many people are telling me different directions
what would it take for a 250-300shot?
ne1 have experience with large nitrous sprays?

10.5:1 CR built bottom end with good heads and MLS head gaskets. Good nitrous plate kit. You'll need all the accessories such as:

- bottle heater/nitrous pressure gauge
- window switch and WOT switch
- big bottle (you don't get many good hits off of a 10 lb bottle with a 250 shot)
- effective fuel delivery to supply all the extra fuel

etc. etc.

It's also good to have several different bottles because you'll be filling them constantly.

Honestly, after all the cost and effort of putting together a nice kit like that, you can just put a blower on and not have to worry about filling bottles or stuck solenoids.

well i think a 300 shot would be very nice and very cheap considering you already have some of the things like nitrous solenoids and switches then all you gotta do is work on your fuel system and dyno tune. very important to the health of your engine a dyno tune. Yea it'll be faster than a blowersay at 14 psi? man i ran a guy with a vortech on a 2002 gt mustang at 14 psi and me on a 95 gt with the mods in my sig and a 175 shot of nitrous and i blew his doors off. yea he was pissed. nitrous is the best power adder there is and if you do it right your engine will live forever....

direct port... 300 pill is alot of juice through a plate kit

I agree with qtrhrse. When your dealing with that much nitrous direct port is the only way to go. You will get even disribution and the hit won't be as violent on the motor.

I tihnk it would be more expensive in the long run. price of a kit 450 at least plus a 300 shot would only be like 3 hits on a 10 lb bottle. It's like 100 bux to fill the bottle each time. If he runs it enough it'll be cheaper right now. It's like financing a car its cheaper to buy it out right but not alot of us have 20 g's to drop.
