Just be honest with yourself about what you will actually he using the car for and if you're willing to put the car up in the air on a gravel driveway to adjust your coilovers. Also how frequently do you plan to hit the track or strip.
I will add to this. Gearing your suspension towards handling will make it launch poorly at the strip and vice-versa. No one size fits all suspension setup exists unfortunately, and both directions will affect ride quality. One direction you have a more boyant ride that you slow for the corners so you don't end up in a cluster of ficus trees. The other will rattle your fillings out.i went ham with my first car and I have the suspension that rattles your teeth out. UPR tubular K&A arms for turbo clearance, MM/ koni yellow coilovers with i want to say 250?#coils, mm cc plates, stock front sway bar. Rear has MM extreme dury LCAs, MM tq arm and Phb. THE SOFTER TA springs, eibach rear sway bar. Grips great and doesn't even feel like a mustang anymore in the corners, Needs to be tuned a bit better.. but i would be lying if it didnt feel like i was driving into a sink hole when i hit a pot hole.
The second car i went light, eibach pro kit with isos, koni strt orange shocks, MM HD LCAs. A little lower than stock handles a bit better than stock, can go over speed bumps, rides reasonably nice. Doesn't scrape on driveways or speed bumps.
Both cars have subframe connectors. The wild one has kenne brown extrematrix with web braces and jacking rails. The simple one has stifflers version the FIT system. Web braced and jacking rails as well.
