You must be getting the motor built for cheap I'd want some Afr 185's or 195's or some trickflow 190's or something decently big. Your going to want a good intake trickflow R ,victor 5.0, spider EFI . Then you'll need to think about a fuel system good clutch or built auto. Your going to need to decide if ur going to daily or weekend warrior the car. Personally with strokers I do solid rollers almost always because I like high revving engines. My new stroker combo I'm building up the top end is victor jr heads trick flow r manifold an the cam is a custom ground solid roller I like to rev 7500-8000rpm.

If you just throw some some trickflow 170's and a basic intake manifold on there you can easily make the power ur wanting to accomplish it just seems like a waste to me. I'd save up and get a nice set of heads that will benefit the combo.

185 AFRs, Edelbrock Air gap and a 650 holley on my good friends 347 is a wicked little *****. Pulls from idle to 7grand like its nothing.

But you will probably want fuel injection...Defenatly consider those heads though.
