hahaha, sorry man, but there is no such thing as inexpensive for the 4V. Livernois makes top notch 4V stuff though as does DSS

I know this is an old thread and dont know what the other replies were...

But I will assume the op is looking for a rotating assembly of sorts?
Eagle makes a kit with crank rods and pistons.

However, if the stock crank is in good shape, reuse it and get some H-beam rods like SCAT or Manley or Eagle and a good set of pistons, Mahle, Diamond, Wiesco etc...

Another vote for Livernois quality.
Build it once, never build it again.

A $6000 long block that runs without a hitch from day one, makes power, and goes like stink is a lot cheaper than two or three $4000 long blocks that constantly make noise, are unreliable, hard to tune, and don't run the number.
