I'm going to take the middle road, and say, search, please. I could list everything, but the question get's asked and beat to death once a month.

Long story short, couple hoses, few wires, and a tune is what you'll need.

Get it as complete as possible, anything extra will be really obvious once you set it in there. The main thing is to ditch/gut, or find a way to control the IMRC's. Anything else can be handled through your local part's store. A GT Ecu will start and runt he thing even.

use a MSD rpm window switch and wire it up to control the IRMC's. Thats the easiest way I know how.

+1 to V's statement.

Only thing i'm still kinda ? about is the throttle cable / cruise thing... don't know what to do about that.

use cobra cables and cruise cables. Pretty straight forward. I would do it but I have a PI and 5 speed sitting right there, and i don't quite feel like bothering with the whole ordeal of the parts, even though i have a complete 93 mark 8 motor sitting at the boneyard i can get.
