Yea, my Car when N/A would fit under a stock hood.Had to notch a small spot for the JLT but with a BBK or similar CAI it would be fine.

Yeah.. MMR made one key mistake, adapter plates. Even the inventor of the plates is up front about them wrecking the air flow path, moving the injector to a crappy spot and consequently driving up the BSFC. If they'd take the time to grab a HPS intake and port it or even fab up a sheet metal intake they'd see a definite power gain. They have a deal with edelbrock to pimp that intake and with Professional(ly shitty)Products to pimp off their adapter plates. I was involved with the development of PP's plates and they're ok but they're not good for power at all. They cost me 10hp at least, dyno proven and that was with my shitty heads. With the TFS heads (especially ported) the difference would be more dramatic.

From the 2v, I just don't see 500rwhp NA happening on a streetable combo. 500bhp NA I can see no problem with well ported TFS heads and some custom cams.

Great info. Who is FTP (for longtubes)?
The only shop making 'Production' 5.4 Long Tubes right now. The cost of custom longtubes is obscene, but luckily both R3dn3ck and Mywillyinc (think I spelled his name wrong) have been pushing to get production headers made.

R3d or 330 questions:

1) What do i need to do about the front timing cover? I have the 5.4 cover but will all of my accesories bolt on/over from the 4.6? like the Coil Packs etc? I dont really want to convert to the COP's just bc I already have the MSD coils/FRPP Wires.

Thanks

Oil ban will bolt up. you need to bend the baffle on the bottom of the pan about a 1/2 inch for clearance, but otherwise it bolts on
