And both battery cables. ohm them out if you have a meter.
I had a cable that was corroded inside the insulation.

Check the ground an connections at the starter, the stock engine to frame ground is a joke. also if it started before you replaced the intake and there was no ground from your intake to firewall then I doubt it's a ground issue

try resetting the computer, by leaving the positive cable hooked up and removing the ground cable for 10 minutes...then hook the negative cable back up and hold the key in the on position for roughly 20 seconds

or bang on the starter while someone tries to crank the car...if it starts then replace the starter

if that doesn't work then check voltage between - and + on the battery terminal with key in on position

if none of that works then it's above my off the top knowledge about no start issues after replacing the intake.

I just had the same prob, it would click once, and nothing, chaged out starter and still the same prob, check all your grounds, and clean them, make sure to check the one going from the block to the frame, Should be the one on the head on driver side, or on the water pump, You can use some jumper cables, and ground one end to the block and put the other to the neg side of the battery and see if it cranks...Make sure all your conections are good and tight.. Also test and see if you are getting 12v to the starter itself...
