94 5l sluggish and bogging

Hi there guys, just picked up a 94gt 5l with a few little gremlins. The idle seems to be quite jumpy almost will stall out, the car has no jam what so ever and will almost bog down then pick right up. New plugs , fuel filter, checked timing. It has a Kn air filter on it and I remember seeing that the oil is bad for the maf so i will clean that. Any suggestions? 02 sensors? ( I don;t want to spend a bunch on those if it s not the problem), at a bit of a loss here guys.

CLEAN THE MAF...this should be a sticky the first thing you should do.

does it have an aftermarket cam? our computers don't like some of the aftermarket cams...

Thanx guys after putting in new plugs, fuel filter, cleaned the entire TB and MAF, she runs great and sounds great, there are no cats, headers into 2.5 inch straight pipe into 40 series flow masters. :headbang: BTW Love the site
