94/95 Battery harness / cable

I have searched and can’t seem to find a full replacement battery harness or even the total length of both sides of the battery harness so I can just make one. Does anyone know what length the positive and negative battery cable / harness is and what it should look like?

The postive runs from the positive post to the underhood fuse box AND down to the starter. Make sure you still have a wire going from the post on the alternator to the fuse box as well. The negative just grounds to the chassis I believe (been awhile since mine was stock). I grounded mine to the radator support and down to the k-member. Then from the motor to the inner fender on both sides. If you're making them from scratch, just make sure you have enough grounds and the cable is thick enough.

is 2 gauge good or does it need to be thicker?

I need to try to find a battery terminal that is a weld-in type and has room for that "bat to fuse bat to alt" connection.

2 gauge will be fine as long as long as you're keeping the battery under the hood still.
