and am wondering about this h/c/i set up a buddy of mine told me to get
AFR 165 heads, F Cam, Holly systemax II intake.

and also!
im puting 3.73's in the rear and am wondering how to bleed the brakes cause im bringing my rear end to a shop to get them put in.
and have no idea how to bleed them.
Thanks guys.

Your friend has the right idea with your engine combo. It will work well with the 3.73's you're wanting to put in. Put a set of tires on it that will hook up well, and you're good! You'd be looking at close to 290 -300 at the wheels depending on cam.

to bleed the brakes, its VERY easy but are you removing the rear axle completely or how exactly are going about this? Does your car have ABS or no? Its not hard at all to remove the axle but I want to make sure I don't pass you some bum scoop....

What is your HCI budget and what kind of power are you looking to make with that HCI. The one your friend recommended will make good power but there are WAY better cams out there than the F cam right now.

-TFS Heads
-FTI or CI Custom cam
-Tmoss ported Cobra/Gt40/Explorer intake

Then measure for pushrods and order them, re-use the stock lifters if they're in good shape, do all new seals and gaskets, new plugs/wires etc...

Also upgrade your exhaust while you have everything apart if you haven't already.

That'll be a super fun, super fast ride and you can have the cam ground for exactly what you want to do. You'll definitely come in under $2,500 for the HCI that way also and have money left over for other mods.
