94 GT intake and hood clearance

i was wondering if anyone could answer a question for me. i know that Windsor engine w/ Cobra intakes will fit under a stock GT hood. what i'm not 100% sure about is, will a GT40 intake fit under a stock hood? i'm building a 347 stroker w/ GT40 heads and a GT40 intake and putting it in my 94 GT. just curious if i would really HAVE to deal with clearance issues w/ the stock hood, i'd like to keep kind of a sleeper look for a while. thanks!
