Rough idle and acceleration, I have changed the plugs, wires, cap and rotor and cleaned the MAF sensor, any ideas what it could be?

The pickup on the distributor? That fixed mine, same symptoms

Possible vacuum leak as well. If you have a scanner check the IAC counts.
If not use a can of brake clean, spray around intake/vacuum lines and if rpms increase there you go.
