There is a lot in conversion in my opinion and for years I had customers ask about this all the time. Tbh I have showed customer a good stall converter and a built auto with a j mod and manual valve body no one will ever know that you have a auto [emoji58]. I race this exact setup

NO. a kit for an 01-02 gt will have a transmission with a modular (4.6) style bellhousing, not a snall block ford pattern.
