96-98 & 03-04 Manifold/Headers

I purchased an off road Prochamber midpipe for my '96 Cobra. The guy I bought it off of had it on a '03 termi swap. Will I have issues bolting the mid-pipe up to my stock headers?

no, 96-04 cobra/GT headers are all in the exact same location and are all inter-changable.

I was mistaken in thinking that i had read that the later 4V engines bolted up on both sides with two different style connectors. And that there was a bracket clearance issue between the 96-98 Cobra's and the Termi's.

no, 96-04 cobra/GT headers are all in the exact same location and are all inter-changable.

Also, I am bolting up the mid-pipe to the stock headers, not replacing the headers. (in case I didn't clarify)

I had purchased a Mac X pipe from a mach 1 when I was doing longtubes, needless to say the midpipe wouldn't clear the trans crossmember and the rear o2 bungs were angled differently so they wouldn't have cleared either. I tried to bolt up a prochamber made for 99-04 cars and same issue, would not clear crossmember.
