So my radiator is crapping out , my question is how can I tell if it had the tsb done to it or not?

tsb included a different condenser with wider spaces and the 97 and up radiator and fan. if you have the bigger fan and it is noticeably larger and the shape is different, then it was done. I also think they removed the grille but then someone could have done that and not done the tsb. you can go on e-bay and look at the fans for the 96 and 97 and see the difference then look at yours.
