97 SVT or 97 GT?

Hi all. I'm having a hard time deciding between 2 cars. The 1st one is a mint 97 GT with tasteful mods and 120000kms, the 2nd is a mint 97 SVT Cobra but it has 270000kms. Now the Cobra is $1500 cheaper then the GT but the extra 150000kms has me concerned. It seems to be very well looked after but am I nuts for considering a car with so many kms?

I'd buy the cobra over the GT even if the cobra needed work.
