97 v6 auto wont start

okay well after working a 100 hours last week...i got the starter in and i wiggled the relay and the starter turns over but have to pull relay out for starter to stop...horn also does this... also it doesnt matter what position the key is in

Take out a volt meter... Doesn't matter what we tell you... It won't be for sure until you physically check it... First check battery voltage, then do a voltage check to the starter, check the neutral/park switch for continuity, check your grounds, check your fuses, etc... There is a is a lot of things for you to check... Heck even the ignition switch could be old as well as the horns switch... Won't know until you text it all with an amp/volt/ohmn meter

what is bothering me is why is there constant power to the horn and starter with them plugged in...is the fuse box itself bad?

Did you wire the starter properly ?horn normally works with car off all the time

i replaced the relays with new ones, horn works now when you push the horn, still no start, only have a test light and i am getting power to the big wire at the starter just not the little trigger wire
