So I was going to just post up the install of my roll bar, but instead of making individual posts of everything I am going to install I figured I would put everything into one thread. So here it goes...

So I already have the sparco seat in and that's about everything that I have done to it so far. I figured no performance mods because I want significant hp increase and there isn't much cheap stuff that will increase it pretty well. But here's what came in today.

No good pictures yet because it came in at work and I actually have to work, but my dad's bringing it home in his truck tonight so I'll be getting better pictures soon. I'm debating whether or not to have it professionally powder coated or just rattle can it. I want some input on it as to whether or not this is a good idea. I will be getting more pictures soon because my rear seat delete should be showing up tomorrow and my harnesses should be showing up hopefully sometime this week.

Well the rear seat delete showed up today :) Not in all that great of condition though :( but I'm sure some wood sealer will fix it right up. And I got the main hoop bolted up along with the rest of the interior completely gutted which helped a million times more. No pictures yet cuz it's dark and raining, otherwise I'd still be out there :)

Here are some pictures, yeah they're a little big but I'm too lazy to take the time to resize them. It's in it's third painting drying in 40 degree weather so it takes a while to dry (first coat on back side). After that one more coat of paint then 1 coat of clear along with a second coat of clear on main wear areas to make sure they don't wear away too fast. Anyways, on to the pics...
Here's the harness bar with the harnesses wrapped.

And the stripped interior.

looks like fun in 40 degrees.
While you console is out take a look at the e-brake cable where it goes through the floor for a fraying cable. It will be easier to change it now.

Very nice! Mine will look just like that when i'm done too :)

Except I think you'll be done way before me lmao
Haha I dunno, I'm still waiting for money for the passenger seat and a wheel w/ a quick release, not cheap. And your car will look a lot more aesthetically pleasing on the exterior than mine.

Wow, looks great man!
Thanks! I learned a good lesson in putting this bar in. Never do it in the middle of fall in Washington when this car is your daily driver :)

If your brake light is flashing you should ck the fluid first.

Yeah, she needs a lot of tlc, it's just a pain to work on it right now, my dad's javelin is taking up all the space in the garage so I'm stuck working on it in the driveway.

said e-brake light which comes on when handle comes up so i would say stretched cable or a weak return spring on handle allowing the handle to bounce up. never had to mess with mine so not sure if there even is a return spring but whatever applies downward pressure to handle is where i think the looking needs to be done.

Yeah, except the handle doesn't move at all, I can hold it straight down with force and the light still come on. However, the button that you press to disengage the e-brake is loose and rattles around while I'm driving. I would like to fix that but have no idea how...
