I'm like 99.999999% certain it's more trouble than it's worth but can you get a 99-04 gauge cluster to play with the 94-98 cars? I know the electronic odometer would be a cockblock.

Has anyone tried it?

I wanted to try it myself. Since I never saw one up close, I thought about it in worse case scenario terms. In the worst case, you would need the pigtails for the cluster and do some rewiring. If not, then great. For the electric odo, you may need a whole hell of a lot of parts. Might need the newer Vehicle Speed Sensor (or whatever senses the speed on the mustang). There also has to be some kind of unit that processes that into information into a display, hopefully thats not built into the ECM. Then you may face the issue of the mileage never matching your own car's true mileage.

It may not even be as hard as I theorized. However, this is enough to get me to say... :-\
